Nominations for MTMHA Positions

Nominations are now open for Mooretown Minor Hockey Association Board positions.

Using the form below you may nominate yourself or someone else to fill any of the open positions. You may only nominate yourself to sit on a listed committee.

All nominees must fall within the parameters of the present constitution, be willing to accept the appointment if chosen, and be in attendance at the AGM in order to be considered for any listed Executive, Staff, or Committee position.

Note: all positions are Volunteer positions. Open positions may generate more open positions after a vote depending on the successful candidate's previous role.
