Nominations are now open for Mooretown Minor Hockey Association Board positions.
Using the form below you may nominate yourself or someone else to fill any of the open positions.
All nominees must fall within the parameters of the present constitution, be willing to accept the appointment if chosen, and be in attendance at the Virtual AGM in order to be considered for any listed Executive, Staff, or Committee position.
Note: all positions are Volunteer positions. Open positions may generate more open positions after a vote depending on the successful candidate's previous role.
Note: A nominee for either President or the VP of Hockey Operations shall have served on the board for at least one year preceding the nomination unless no one else is nominated and the existing Board waives this requirement of the nominee.

- President
- VP Hockey Operations
- Secretary
- Director of Travel Teams
- OMHA Representative
- Director of Development
- Director of Sponsorship
- Director of Fundamental Hockey
- Director of Tournaments
- Shamrock League Representative
- Volunteer Coordinator (staff position)
Nominations will be accepted up until the 2021 Annual General Meeting (Date TBD)
