Busy Weekend for the Girls
What a weekend!
After playing in Ilderton on Friday night, the team would have a home game against BCH on Saturday afternoon. It was a tough game, and both teams would be playing their best. Kylie had another shutout, and the score would end 1-0 for the Storm, with the lone goal being scored by Taylor with 2:20 left in the first period.
Sunday the girls would take to the road again and play in Zurich for game three of three for the weekend. It was a tough drive for a couple of families, but we all made it in time to take to the ice. Taylor would start the scoring late in the second period to put the Storm on the board. The third period would bring three more goals scored by Julia, Sam and then Lili. Leaving the game with a final score of 4-0. What a great way to end the weekend.
