To the parents....
Hello Everyone,
Just a reminder from Hockey Moms that we need volunteers for Hockey Day (March 29 - sign up sheet on board in lobby @ arena) to help out in the kitchen. If you don't have your hours in yet we would love to have you help. We will also have a table set up to sell Storm Items such as window clings, skate towels, pins, coffee mugs at a reduced price. We need a volunteer to run that as well.
Our Cookbook fund-raiser is starting to be put together but our recipes are slowly coming in. This is a way that every family can donate without spending any money and very little time. It just requires you to go through your favorite recipes and send them in to [email protected] We will type them into the Cookbook website and you will see them in the final print.
Please help us make this a great fund-raiser for next season. Lots of sections in the book.....Main Dishes, Soups & Salads, Appetizers & Beverages, Vegetables & Side Dishes, Breads, Desserts, Canning, Odds & Ends and we have added Vegan / Vegetarian. With our meal conscious families, we would like to see if there is a need for Gluten Free or Low Carb Sections and a (recommended by a coach) Quick Game Day Meals section for healthier options. The only way we will know is if you submit your recipes! If every family just submits one, we will have 300 recipes!
