Storm vs Lakers
Skating into Wallaceburg on Friday, the Peewee AEs wanted to get back on the plus side of the win loss column.
Trying to spark a fire within the team saw the coaches radically mix up the lines and positions changing up some Ds and Fs of the hockey alphabet. It seemed to work as Ryan Coene got the Storm on the board in the first with a rebound shot that bounced off the Laker pad. The team seemed to be clicking despite some being uncomfortable with their role but more goals would not only come their way courtesy of Forbes and Little but also a highlight reel penalty shot by Riley Brown. That would be all they would need as the Storm would win the game 4-1 earning some momentum to take them through a Saturday practice and towards the Petrolia Oilers on Sunday where they hoped to earn some bragging rights.
