Petrolia Game! Dresden Tourney Update!
Over the weekend, the novice HL Vipers came up with a 10-5 win over Petrolia Blue! The team played very well together and ultimately out skated and out passed their competition [with only three subs on the old pine to boot!] I was proud of each and every one of them... it looks like the time spent at practice doing our d-end break out is really paying off! A big applause goes to our d-men for getting the puck out of our end and for the offensive outburst by our forwards!
To other news...
I spoke to the Tournament Co-ordinator for the Dresden tourney and confirmed that we are in. I am going to collect the money this weekend for the tourney; the money will be based off of participation. I'm going to get another count after Saturday's game, but so far here are the ones who are in: Hunter, Jasmine, Gavin, Jeffery, Alex, Ethan and Ryan. I still need to hear from: Nathan, Benny, Kyle, Shane, Garrett, Avery, Nolan, and Garry. Please feel free to call me or Email me with confirmation before the weekend as well.
