With the season well into full swing, the team would have a home and away match up against the St Thomas Stars and the Dorchester Dragons, respectively.

Game One at the MSC saw the Stars roll into Mooretown sitting near the top of the league standings. The Atom AEs were not intimidated by their record dominating the game from start to finish. The scoreboard was lit six times for the Jr Flags with all players contributing in one way or another to the worthy victory. Jackson Sterling was stellar between the pipes posting some crowd-gasping saves backstopping his team to the win. It was a great confidence boost for a team still trying to find its groove.

With some players experiencing a turkey hangover, the autopilots kicked in down the 402 to Dorchester with the team taking on the Dragons in their own lair. The coaches hoped momentum was still in the Jr Flags favour to finish the weekend with two much needed W's. Throughout the game, both teams were evenly matched but only because Mooretown spent too much time in the sin bin taking away any advantage they should have had. Even so, their grit and determination helped them hold the lead throughout the game taking the win despite some sloppy play.

The Atom AEs now go into a holding pattern until their home tournament where they hope to bring home the coveted banner to hang in the rafters for all to see.
