Team Meeting
Parents,
Welcome to another year of hockey.
For those of you who don't know me, I am Sue Knight and am currently helping Bob out by managing this team. If anyone is looking for hours and would like that job, feel free to contact me, I will gladly hand it over.
I want to start by saying that this organization is run on volunteers, without volunteers our kids can not play hockey, so with that in mind here are a couple crucial positions that this team needs filled:
* Trainer, if anyone is certified or would like to get certified that would be a great help.
* Also if any parents have their D1 and are able to help out on the bench, as Bob is almost guaranteed not be able to make every game.
*Hockey Mom (don't know details yet, but we will need one of these as well)
These are a few of the roles that will help this team run smoothly.
After practice tomorrow at around 7:45ish, Bob would like to call a quick parents/players meeting. Location is yet to be determined, but please come to front of Rink 1 after practice and myself or Bob will let you all know where he will be holding it.
During the meeting, Coach Bob will discuss what his plans are for this season and what expectations he has for the players as well, which is why it is important for the players to be present at this meeting as well. He will discuss the tournaments we will be going to, a budget, volunteer hours and anything else you would like to talk about.
Please let myself or Bob know if you cannot attend this meeting.
