A Golden Moment For Carpie!
Atom Black is happy to hand out the GJ to our awesome AP #2 Josh "Carpie" Carpenter! Carpie has played his heart out for us game in and game out this season and his teammates & coaches really appreciate him coming out!
This game, Carpie got the GJ for creating so much opportunities for his team as centreman - passing and playmaking all game! He also had the last shot of the game, with literally 2 seconds on the clock, almost winning the game for us in our 2-2 tie versus a tough South Kent 2! It was a tough break, but Carpie has found the back of the net more than a couple of times this season anyway 😉
Way to go, Carpie! Good job on getting the FINAL GJ of the year!
