Minor Hockey Awards
Your Mooretown Atom Black team finished off their season strong this afternoon with a W over the Wallaceburg Lakers! As the final buzzer rang out, it was bittersweet for the boys and their fans. On one hand, another season of hockey passes by, on the other, they get to go to Antonio's and celebrate their year with some close friends - their teammates!
Pictured above is the team after the awards were passed out. Head Coach Cyriel wears the GJ as he was presented it on behalf of the team from Coach Bob. The other award winners were: Jacob Baxter - Most Improved, Gavin Frazer - Heart & Hustle, Gavin Oblak - Unsung Hero, and Jeffery Carpenter - Team MVP!
