Tryouts Information
Tryouts will be held this weekend with two sessions, Saturday 7:00 - 8:00 and Sunday 8:20 - 9:20 followed by a final tryout exhibition game Monday night vs Wallaceburg for those successfully making it through the weekend.
With such a short list of registrants there is only 1 group. Please come to both skates on the weekend.
The tryout plan is game situation, therefore we will be scrimmaging for each session. Assigned jersey's will be handed out upon arrival at the arena and positions communicated by myself. This is your opportunity to show what kind of player you are and what you will bring to the Team.
It is full contact. It is my expectation that you show respect to each other, realize that we are all one organization and you will be teammates with each other. It is expected that you excercise caution and restraint with respect to your fellow opponent. Those who are evaluating will be able to see the potential when an unsafe hit is avoided and make notes accordingly (we will discuss further prior to stepping on the ice).
