Nominations OPEN for MTMHA Board of Director Positions
The following MTMHA Board of Directors positions are up for nomination:
-President
-Vice President Hockey Operations
-Vice President of Risk Management
-Director of Finance
-Director of Treasury
-Director of Fundamentals
-Director of Four Counties
-Director of Fundraising
-Director of Sponsorship
-Director of Volunteers
-Director of Tournaments
-Director of Resources
-Director of Community Involvement
-Ice Scheduler
-Registrar
Duties of these jobs can be found in our constitution.
All above listed positions are up for nomination up until April 25th,2024. All nominations will be made public on April 30th, 2024.
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 1st at 7:00pm.
If a person wishes to be a candidate for the MTMHA Executive, it is not necessary for that person to be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting, but that person's intention must be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the MTMHA prior to May 1st, 2024.
MTMHA members will be voting in new board positions at the AGM, these positions will be eligible for nominations the night of the AGM and will be voted on during elections.
