The following MTMHA Board of Directors positions are up for nomination:
-President
-VP Finance
-VP Risk Management
-Director of Communications
-Director of Resources
-Director of Development
-Director of House League Hockey
-Director of Travel Teams
-Director of Four County Hockey
-Registrar
-Ice Convenor
-OMHA Rep
-Volunteer Coordinator
Duties of these jobs can be found in our
constitution.
All above listed positions are up for nomination up until
April 2, 2019. All nominations will be made public on
April 3, 2019.
NOTE: We will not be accepting nominations after April 2, 2019.
The
Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday April 9, 2019 at 6:00PM.
If a person wishes to be a candidate for a Directorship of the MTMHA, it is not necessary for that person to be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting, but that person's intention must be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the MTMHA prior to April 2, 2019.
MTMHA members will be voting in new board positions at the AGM, these positions will be eligible for nominations the night of the AGM and will be voted on during elections.
