MTMHA Supports The Mooretown Sports Complex Renewal Project!!
Submitted By Director of Communications on Wednesday, October 30, 2019
Mooretown Minor Hockey Association is in full support of The Mooretown Sports Complex Renewal Project.

As a board we have been following along with news of the Moore Sports Complex Renewal Project. What an amazing opportunity for our community. We strongly support this project, as it will greatly improve the functionality and number of programs we can offer our athletes and partnering families.

Our hometown association is committed to providing approximately 400 youth of St. Clair Township an avenue for personal growth and development. MTMHA gives young athletes the opportunity to learn and play the great game of hockey. As they learn the fundamentals and skills of the game they also learn lifeskills such as teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and most of all, FUN!

MTMHA has called “The Arena” home for decades. Early morning practices, weeknight games and leagues. We make use of the Moore Sports Complex six out of seven days per week, for several hours of each day.Our programming ranges from beginning 4 year old athletes, to 18 year olds. Without this facility, we would be unable to provide the services that we do, and these youth would be forced to either abandon the sportsthat teach them so much more than competing, or relocate to other organizations that may not be able toaccommodate them.
