Notice to All Members: Registration Payment Withdrawal Error
Submitted By Director of Communications on Saturday, August 1, 2020
Attn: MTMHA Members

With regret, we must inform our members of a technical error that led to the unintentional withdrawal of the first installment payment on August 1st to some registrations. If you did not have a payment withdrawn today (August 1st) your 1st payment will come out on August 6th as planned.

Last month, under the direction of OMHA, we entered the Hockey Canada administration site to cancel the installment dates and saved those changes, thinking that this would delay payments for everyone until we had more information about the upcoming season. Unfortunately, it seems that this change was not applied and that each individual registrant account needed to be accessed to make cancellation of upcoming payments.

Moving forward MTMHA will currently hold the first installment, in trust, on behalf of each of our members.

Installment withdrawal dates:

*
second installment payment changed from August 31st to September 1st.

August 6th
September 1st
September 30th
October 31st

It was not the intention of MTMHA to cause this unexpected financial stressor, again we ask for your patience as we are working hard in this difficult situation.

Sincere apologies,

Mooretown Minor Hockey Board of Directors
