The arena will be providing MTMHA with a list of all completed waivers. There will be ZERO exceptions to this, please take care of this ASAP.

The following waivers MUST complete by all individuals entering the facility

ATTENTION PARENTS & PLAYERS...PLEASE READ!!!

Masks/Face coverings are required to be worn in the facility at all times (except on ice surface).  Physical distancing required throughout facility

Contact tracing, passive screening, and player check in will be conducted at entry point to facility.  Directional arrows and signage will be provided throughout.

Please ensure players come fully dressed and ready to participate.  Dressing rooms are for putting on skates/helmets only. For younger age groups, please bring remaining gear in a duffle bag so kids aren't trying to lug big bags through the arena to the dressing room. For U9 & U11 age players, 1 parent is permitted to enter the facility (pending completion of waivers and pre screening) with their child and assist with tying of skates.  The parent must then exit the facility directly afterwards.  It is recommended that if a child can not tie their own skates, and are not entering with a parent to assist, they arrive with skates and skate guards on.  There will be a carpet runner from main entrance to rink area but skate guards will still be required for safety purposes.

Players will only have access to dressing rooms 15 minutes prior to and 10 minutes following session.  Please arrive at door 20 minutes before check in to allow time for pre-screening and ensure players can get on ice in time.

No Spectators permitted in the facility at this time

A select group of qualified coaches and trainers have been approved and permitted in the facility to assist players before, after, and during session as required.  These folks can assist with skates and helmets if absolutely required but it is preferred due to time constraints players come fully dressed as much as possible.

Showers will not be available.  Washrooms will be available.

Ensure players bring their own water bottle that is clearly marked with their name.
