The Mooretown Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting is scheduled for
Wednesday, April 14th at 7:00PM.
Our 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually again using ZOOM.
All MTMHA members are invited and encouraged to attend this online meeting. This information session discusses all operations and activities of MTMHA, new and old business and strategies moving forward as a membership. We will vote in new Executive members as well.
Nominations are open until March 31st at midnight.

2021 / 2022 MTMHA Executive Nominations
We are now LIVE for nominations for open MTMHA Executive positions for the 2021 / 2022 season. Nominations will be open until March 31st at midnight.
Open Executive positions include:
- President
- VP Hockey Operations
- Secretary
- Director of Travel Teams
- OMHA Representative
- Director of Development
- Director of Sponsorship
- Director of Fundamental Hockey
- Director of Tournaments
- Shamrock League Representative
- Volunteer Coordinator (staff position)
Duties of these jobs can be found in our constitution.
All nominations will be made public prior to the AGM.
If a person wishes to be a candidate for the MTMHA Executive, it is not necessary for that person to be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting, but that person's intention must be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the MTMHA prior to the AGM.
MTMHA members will be voting in new board positions at the AGM, these positions will be eligible for nominations the night of the AGM and will be voted on during elections.
Note: A nominee for either President or the VP of Hockey Operations shall have served on the board for at least one year preceding the nomination unless no one else is nominated and the existing Board waives this requirement of the nominee.
