MTMHA U15 Checking Clinic
Submitted By Director of Communications on Monday, August 30, 2021
To ensure our U15 age players can safely apply and be familiar with the 4-step progression related to body checking, MTMHA will be hosting a checking clinic on September 10th at MSC on Rink 1.

All MTMHA Jr. Flags players born in 2007 & 2008 are highly encouraged to attend.

For those players wishing to tryout for Tier 1 (Rep) or Tier 3 (AE) level teams this season, this clinic is mandatory. Attendance will be taken.

- There is no cost to attend the session

-  The clinic will be run on ice by Total Package Hockey (TPH) and supported by our MTMHA
coaches.

- Techniques that will be covered include footwork and agility, angling, positioning, stick checks,
