MTMHA U15 Checking Clinic

To ensure our U15 age players can safely apply and be familiar with the 4-step progression related to body checking, MTMHA will be hosting a checking clinic on September 10th at MSC on Rink 1.

All MTMHA Jr. Flags players born in 2007 & 2008 are highly encouraged to attend.

For those players wishing to tryout for Tier 1 (Rep) or Tier 3 (AE) level teams this season, this clinic is mandatory. Attendance will be taken.

- There is no cost to attend the session

-  The clinic will be run on ice by Total Package Hockey (TPH) and supported by our MTMHA
coaches.

- Techniques that will be covered include footwork and agility, angling, positioning, stick checks,
and body contact.

- There will be 2 sessions held on Friday, September 10th.
- Group A 7:10 – 8:30PM (Last Name starting with A through K)
- Group B 8:40 – 10:00PM (Last Name starting with L through Z)
