U13 Checking Clinic - October 8th
On October 8th TPH (Total Package Hockey) will be holding a checking clinic for all U13 players.

The purpose of this clinic will be to teach our players the key stages and technique associated with the NCCP checking progression model and what tactics can and can't be applied at the U13 level.  Realizing players don't get into full body checking until U15 age, many of these techniques should be applied throughout a players development and if taught effectively, can enhance a players ability to control the puck, create quality scoring opportunities, ensure their own personal safety, and develop confidence in how they play the game.

All U13 players are encouraged to attend. Coaches will be on ice to assist their players and TPH staff.
Any players being called up to U15 level this season will need to have taken this clinic for eligibility. Session attendance will be recorded.

Session times for Friday, October 8th are as follows:

U13 Tier 1 (Rep) and Tier 3 (AE) -  7:10-8:00PM
U13 Four Counties Teams #1 & #2 - 8:10-9:00PM

GOALIES are not required to attend the sessions.
