Our Mooretown Minor Hockey 2023 AGM is scheduled for Thursday, April 27th at 7:15pm above rink #1.
All MTMHA members are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting. The AGM is to discusses all operations and activities of MTMHA, new and old business and strategies moving forward as a membership. We will vote in new Executive members as well.
We encourage all members to attend this meeting.
All members who are present will be entered into a draw for a FREE 2023 / 2024 hockey registration (base registration only) *Must be present to win. The following MTMHA Executive positions are up for nominations, nominations will close on April 24, 2023.
1. Director of Travel Teams
2. Director of Communications
3. Director of Development
4. Director of Four Counties
5. Director of Fundamentals
6. OMHA Representative
Duties of these positions can be found in our constitution.

All nominations will be made public prior to the AGM.
If a person wishes to be a candidate for a Directorship of the MTMHA, it is not necessary for that person to be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting, but that person's intention must be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the MTMHA prior to the AGM.
MTMHA members will be voting in new board positions at the AGM, these positions will be eligible for nominations the night of the AGM and will be voted on during elections.
