Mooretown Lady Flags Atom Girls-- Headed To The Big Show!!
Congratulations to the Mooretown Lady Flags Atom Girls who have advanced to the OWHA Provincial Championships in Toronto April 7-9.The girls have been working towards qualifying for Provincials for the last 4 seasons, and have finally achieved their goal - finishing in 1st place in their Regional Playdownsbeating out Wallaceburg and Lambton to qualify.On top of Provincials, the girls have battled hard since they stepped on the ice in September, and are currently playing in the WOGHL league playoff division 1 final vs Lambeth.They currently have a32-7-8 record for all games played this season.
