NRP forms for Sarnia A/AA Tryouts
Anyone requiring NRP forms for Sarnia A/AA hockey tryouts, they will be handed out in the arena lobby on April 27th from 6-7pm. If you cannot make that time you will need to contact
Andrew Vandersteen to make arrangements. These are carbon copy style forms and cannot be emailed.
