Members Be Cautious of Your Belongings!!

To all our Parents, Players and Volunteers

Mooretown Minor Hockey extends its regrets to those families that have been directly affected by the needless thefts from locker rooms in recent weeks.  We strive to ensure the safety and well being of our members and that all guests feel comfortable when attending a MTMH event.

Being mindful of your belongings is always an important reminder. Keep valuables at home and only bring the bare minimum of personal property needed during your time at the arena. Team officials locking the doors to the locker rooms when not occupied should be a common practice, but is also understood that locker rooms cannot be locked at specific moments, and sometimes those moments are all that are needed for these ridiculous crimes.

That is why more importantly to the reminders of your belongings, we would like to remind everyone to look out for each other.  "Brother's Keeper" Together we can hope to minimize all unsafe, unwanted and unruly acts.

If anyone has any information to pass along regarding these incidents, please contact Rick Leonard, VP Risk Management
