The Rob Johnston Memorial Tournament Champions!

After a fantastic weekend of hockey the Novice Rep tournament curse has been broken!
Congratulations to the players, coaches & parents! You represented MTMHA well this weekend!

The team went 4-0-1 over the weekend which began with a tie game on Friday night vs. Wallaceburg.  The Novice Jr. Flags rebounded with an 11-1 payback game on Saturday vs Ayr, the nemesis of the Novice Flags in 2016-2017.   A 12 - 0 victory vs. Dunnville rang lots of cowbells and ushered the Flags into the semi-finals on Sunday morning.

The Flags flew past Norwich 9-1 to plant themselves into the finals.  Mooretown took on the host team, Paris, for all the marbles.  A tight first period opened up as the game progressed.  The Flags won 10 - 1 to take home the victory, the championship, and the chalice.
