NRP forms for Sarnia A/AA Tryouts
Anyone requiring NRP forms for Sarnia A/AA hockey tryouts, they will be handed out in the arena lobby on May 1st from 6:15 - 7:00PM.
If you are requiring a NRP form please contact
Jason Bourdage prior to May 1st.
These are carbon copy style forms and cannot be emailed.
