This coaching application is for those interested in being the Head Coach for a Rep or AE team for the 2020 / 2021 season. Coach applications will be accepted online until April 30, 2020.

On the website (www.mooretownminorhockey.com) you can find the MTMHA Constitution and ByLaws, the Discipline Policy and our Code of Conduct. As a coach you must be familiar with all of these documents. Please indicate below that you are/have:

This application is being made in good faith with the understanding that a false application may result in any future consideration or application for coaching (or other MTMHA staff) positions being rejected.

If selected for an interview I may be required to furnish references to support my application.  If awarded a coaching position I will make every effort to fulfill the obligations of being a coach and adhere to the policies of MTMHA.

 

Interviews will be conducted by the MTMHA coaching committee starting the week of March 30, 2020 through April 10, 2020.

I understand that an OPP Vulnerabilty Sector Check must be successfully completed by interview date or have a valid VSS (thus signing a declaration at the time of interview) to be considered.  I will also complete the OMHA Respect in Sport Leadership Program as necessary.
