Registration Fees / Breakdown
Online Registration OPEN
In order to allow sufficient time to organize ice schedules, leagues, and teams, online registration will close on June 30th 2024.
Players not registered by June 30th 2024 may be put on a Waiting List and will pay a $200.00 late fee. (see Q&A for Waiting List details/exceptions).

Registration Process:
We are again using the online Hockey Canada System to process MTMHA Registrations for the 2024 / 2025 Season.

You must have an account with Hockey Canada's Online Registration system to be able to register your children into hockey with MTMHA.
If you have previously registered online with Hockey Canada's system for any association you can proceed to login to your account, using the email address you last used to sign in, even if you have since changed email addresses.
Once in the system, you can change your user ID email to your current one.
- If you have not registered any participants in the past with this system, you will need to create an account.
- If possible please register any Initiation to Midget aged players prior to any Juvenile and Instructional players.
- If possible please use the same account/sign in to complete all registrations for your family.
Please note that if you are registering multiple players it is important to include them all in the same transaction.
You will be allowed to add multiple registrations to your cart before entering your credit card information.
Payments can ONLY be made online using a VISA or Master Card.

Tryout Registration
If your player intends to try out for one of our Tier 1 (Rep) or the Tier 3 (AE) teams for the upcoming season will be paid when you complete your online registration.
The tryout fee will be $80.00 & paid online. Every skater is guaranteed two skates.

The volunteer cheque is in place to encourage members to volunteer their time to assist in running a successful hockey program.
A one time deposit, in the form of a $500 post-dated cheque, is required from every family registered with MTMHA.
This is now returned upon completing 8 hours of volunteer time.
This deposit is not required if the only registered player is in Juvenile.
Please note that this fee is to be paid via a post-dated cheque at time of TRYOUT. Players will NOT be permitted on the ice until the cheque is received. Players NOT trying out will submit at their respective SORT EVALUATION.
Cheques are to be made payable to MTMHA and dated for January 20, 2025
If more than one player is registered it will be collected by the team of the oldest player.
When volunteer time is completed cheques will be returned / voided.
If volunteer time is not completed by January 20, 2025, and no arrangements to volunteer have been made with the Volunteer Coordinator, cheques will be cashed on January 21, 2025.
Any NSF cheques will result in player participation being prohibited until all fees (cheque and NSF penalties) are paid in full.

Respect In Sport Program (Mandatory)
In order for players to be rostered onto a team parents must first have completed the OMHA Respect In Sport online program.
This course can be completed before or after having registered your child with MTMHA.

Please note:
- Registration for players new to MTMHA will not be accepted without a copy of a birth certificate.
The OMHA will not accept registration without proof of age.
- No Player is considered registered until all fees are paid in full.
These include player registration fees, volunteer fee, and membership fee.
