PeeWee Tri-County Red, U13 (PeeWee), 2014-2015 (Mooretown Minor Hockey)

Peewee T.C Red wraps up their season with a fourth place spot with 6 points in the "A" Division after a very impressive effort given by all players. This round robin semi-final was definitely filled with excitement as all 5 teams playing well and all games were packed with a lot of "Funtastic Hockey". Congratulations Team and thank you for making this a very memorable season for all our players and team mates.. It takes everyone to make a great team and thanks to everyones efforts , we have accomplished this for 2014-15 ,, I hope all players come back next September and we look forward to ...

With no more Thursday night football for the next several months,  why not have some playoff hockey.  Mooretown Flags Red travelled to Ridgetown for their second playoff game.  First period saw the teams exchange goals in the first period.  Flags opened the scoring but South Kent answered later in the period to end the period tied up at 1.  Early in the second period saw the Lightning go ahead by two.  Just when it appears the Flags don't have much left in the tank when all of a sudden Flags strike for two goals in about 30 seconds. 

A big congratulations go out to both teams from the Mooretown Hockey Affiliation.  Both teams completed successful regular seasons.  Mooretown Black with the win today took first overall in the standings.   With the result today, Mooretown Red finishes a very respectable third place in the standings.  The Mooretown rivarly did not disappoint all that witnessed today.  

Canadiens/Leafs,  Packers/Bears,  RedSox/Yankees.  These are some of the sports biggest rivalries.  Tomorrow morning will see another big rivarly square off on the ice.  This game has two of the top five offensive teams in the league hitting the ice against each other.  This game also features two of the top three teams in the league and Mooretown Red hopes to play the spoiler role in hopes of keeping the Black Flags off the top of the standings.  The players in the dressing room know the importance of this game and will come out ready to play and end their season with a win. One more game left of this regular season play before we get into the playoffs. Schedule meeting is Feb 3 and we still have a lot of exciting hockey in February and our upcoming tourney in London. Both Peewee T.C teams in the top of their division !! .. And we should be very proud of that as all players developing their hockey skills as they progress again through another season of awesome teamwork.. Many unforgetable memories watching our kids have fun out there and play the great game we all love.  One more game next weekend against Mooretown Black to finish this regular season... Go ...
