NRP/Permission to Skate Forms (Mooretown Minor Hockey)

PERMISSION TO SKATE Forms:

Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Tryouts take place in April.

Any players interested in trying out for Lambton AAA teams, from Minor Atom to Major Midget, MUST get a Permission To Skate form from their home center.

Any players interested in trying our for Junior level teams must also get a Permission to Skate form.

To receive your Permission To Skate form please email the following information to [email protected]:

• Player’s Name
• Player's Date of Birth
• Last Team played for
• Team trying out for

You will receive the form by email once it has been processed. 

NRP (Non-Resident Player) Forms:

Sarnia A/AA Tryouts take place in May.
Visit www.sarniahockey.com for details and updated schedules.

Any players, Minor PeeWee or above, interested in trying out for Sarnia A/AA teams MUST get an NRP Form from their home center.
Atom aged players and below are not eligible to tryout for A/AA in Sarnia.
