On October 26th MTMHA and The Lady Flags teamed up with The Canadian Cancer Society in support of their
"Hockey Fights Cancer" campaign.
Players sported
"Hockey Fights Cancer" helmet decals and purple stick tape to show their support in the fight against cancer. Donations were collected at the MTMHA gates, by coaches and managers, online and by some very dedicated players.
Because of the overwhelming support MTMHA and The Lady Flags were able to proudly make a donation in the amount of $1311.51 to The Canadian Cancer Society.
