Please remember to bring your volunteer cheque for $500.00 made payable to MTMHA, postdated for January 20th, 2018 to tryouts this weekend.
Skaters will NOT be permitted to get on the ice for tryouts on September 9th unless the cheque is submitted. Be sure to include all participants from your household on the form and submit with the oldest player.
Parents can now download and print off a copy of the Volunteer Form from the Parents tab on the Website (
Volunteer_Cheque_Form_2017_2018) There will also be copies available at time of tryout.
