The Storm squeezed a Regular Season game into the middle of their OMHA Playdowns and came away from Wallaceburg with an 8-1 win on Saturday night.
Mooretown flew out to a 4-0 lead after the 1st Period and upped it by two more in the 2nd before the home team managed to score off a rebound late in the frame. The Storm continued to work on their puck movement and forechecking and popped in two more in the 3rd to round out the scoring.
The Storm got goals from 8 different players as all three lines hit the scoresheet and played with some much needed determination.
There are two League games remaining on the schedule, both at home, for the Storm.
