Jr. Flags vs Lakers
In our last few games we dominated the other teams. The Lakers came out hard and did very well keeping the pressure on us for the 1st period. The coaching staff let the team know that the Lakers won the first period and needed the team to work harder. Going into the 2nd we were tied 1-1. Both teams looked more matched up in the second and the Jr Flags were up by a goal going into the 3rd. Our team looked more like themselves in the 3rd. Skating and moving the puck well, helped them take control, scoring three goals and allowing only one. This was a good wake up call for our team, going into this weekend’s tournament. The Golden Moment Jersey was awarded to Christian Musson for having one of his best games of the year and scoring his 1st goal. Keep up the hard work team. And remember rule #1.
